New Years Resolutions.

Hi Guys,
Four months or something stupid since my last post… and it's the last day of 2012. Some people are probably out, getting drunk… but me… no, not here. I'm having an Indian Meal with mi madre and throughout the day I've been babysitting, helping Mum with her new phone, revising and I sent off my application form, letter and CV for my work placement at a local theatre.
2012 has been an okay year… but I genuinely think that 2013 will be a good one. I'm looking forward to the new year, and though it'd be cliche to say, 'New year, new me.', I genuinely think that I could make some good changes, and turn things around to what they were this year.
So… New Years Resolutions… I have a list. But this year, I'm not going to go really stupid with them so that I can't achieve my goals… I'm actually serious about these.
Well… here we go…
New Years Resolutions:-
1. Go to bed at 9pm.
2. Be more bothered about how I look.
3. Do school work as it's set.
4. Revise.
5. Tidy, Work and Iron (Be Productive Once A Month).
6. Have a Big Bang Theory Marathon.
7. See a Show on the West End.
8. Have a Successful Relationship.
9. Find an Excuse to Wear a Super Pretty Dress.
10. Be Happy.
…So there we have it, my new years resolutions…
Tomorrow, is the first blank page of a 365 page book. Write a good one!

Fifty Shades of London 2012

Hey guys,
I'm guessing you're not missing me but I thought an entry was well over due!
It's the Summer Holidays right now and I seem to be making the most of the time out of school. Okay... maybe I did just lie a little bit... But no harm done.
I've been reading Fifty Shades of Grey... I started reading it on Monday 23rd July... if that's of any interest to you? It's a very... different book. Even WHSmith are saying, 'Books You Lust' rather than the usual, 'Books You Love'. I'm on Chapter Twenty and have six chapters left. I'm going to have finished it by Friday. I have to have, as I am doing a Book Swap with my friend, Katy Darragh.. I'm borrowing her copy of Wicked by Gregory Maguire in exchange for my copy of Fifty Shades of Grey by E L James. Fair's fair, right?
Have any of you read Fifty Shades? If you have, let me know what you think of it! I'm up for a good book discussion!
My opinions of the book so far? I can't really say I'm an individual all for erotic fiction if I am entirely honest. Well, I really don't like Mr Grey. He's completely, completely messed up. I thought some people I knew had dirty minds and dirty thought but heck Mr Grey takes it to a very different level! Some of the sex scene descriptions are completely vile but yet, I cannot put the book down! I would probably rate it as a nine out of ten. I can't wait till Payday on Friday though... once Friday comes, I'm buying the next two in the trilogy; Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed.
On Friday 27th July, two important things happened in my life. My friend, Joshua Frampton, turned eighteen and he's off to a university in Wales in September. Also, it was the night of the London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony, and boy, I was impressed. I got annoyed when I saw people complaining about it... though, I don't see how you can complain about Danny Boyle's work of art. It was amazing, and it made me feel proud to be British. It was showing what Britain is... And I am impressed with what our country has achieved. For example, the music, the NHS, the internet and industry.
I'm enjoying the 30th Olympiad. I've sat and watched a lot of it... And I feel very proud of Great Britain.
Also, during the holidays, my love for literature has grown. I made a list of over ninty books I want to own before I die. I got rid of most of my books too, start a fresh start. At the moment the books I own are: Fifty Shades of Grey, The Hunger Games, An A A Milne Boxset and A Simple's Life by Aleksandr Orlov. Hopefully, over the next week I am going to order (And/or go out and buy): The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, Little Women, Wicked (If I like it enough to buy my own copy after reading Katy's copy), Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed. If people have any good book recommendations, let me know and I'll do some research and add them on my list, If they're not already!
On Friday I'm going to a party, which should be very exciting. I can't wait to see all my theatre friends again... Jennifer, Tim, Katy, Denise, Sammy... All of them lot. That's when Katy and I are doing the book swap.
On Sunday, I am going to Downton Abbey... I'll be reading on the way there and back probably... I should hopefully be taking lots of pictures when I am there.
Finally, some exciting news, and a massive thank you to Katy... Katy's got herself and I tickets for the musical Radio Times! So I will be seeing that on Saturday 20th October with her. I'm very excited! It's a musical comedy and is starring Gary Wilmot and Sara Crowe, who are both West End Stars. With music by Noel Gay, this is a musical that took high interest to Katy and I after both playing Maids in our Theatre's production of Me and My Girl... and if you haven't caught on, Noel Gay did the music for Me and My Girl too! Another Me and My Girl plus side for us, Gary Wilmot played Bill Snibson in Me and My Girl on the West End!
Anyway, I'm off... I'm about to burst my excitement bubble! ...Seriously, the more excited I get, the quicker I type... and right now, I'm typing at the speed of light and not really too sure on what I am saying...

Wednesday, Thursday, Happy Days!

Hello All,
Just thought I would write about last week and tell you what is going on in the internet world.
So last week was half term and I haven't really had a chance to review my week. The first weekend was the Jubilee Weekend was a four day weekend. Over them four days I made lots of fairy cakes because I felt like a child and felt the need to make cakes. I also make one lot of chocolate butter biscuits but fairy cakes are like... heaven. On the Monday I had a rehearsal for Me and My Girl and afterwards I went to see our local beacon be lit. I went with some people from the theatre and bumped into the rest there.
On Wednesday, I went over to my friend's, we ate cakes and had a Beatles sesh. In the evening, I went to a Me and My Girl Rehearsal. That was really fun actually. I was really happy all evening and gave people cake. I was loved that night.
On Thursday, I went out in the rain. Like the idiot I am. I regretted it though... My hoodie got stuck and took about an hour to take off. In that evening I went to a meeting at the theatre about our trip to Southampton which is this Friday.
Umm... and then some other stuff on the other days too. I'm just running out of time to talk about everything.
Time for some internet updates...
DeviantART Updates: Everything seems to be going well, on my first day I got 153 pageviews so thank you for that and yesterday I reached 200. If it's possible, I'd like to get at least 275 pageviews by midnight tonight (GMT). There is a reason for that. I won't say why unless someone asks or something.
Facebook Updates: Nothing really to update... but what I would like to say is that if you do add me as a friend ( www.facebook.com/AbbieLaNerd ) Could we maybe talk a bit before I add you? I'll try and do it tonight as I am not at the theatre but I should really be doing homework. Oh well, I little bit of procrastination won't kill anyone. Also, I have a collective haul video that I need to record but I am getting a delivery on the 25th June so I can't do it until then.

Don't think this is my first time on here, as it isn't. It is my second, my first account was TokyoCream but I didn't think that I could work with it so I created this one. I'm not going to delete TokyoCream, it's still going to be there so you can look at my artwork but within a couple of months, I will be deleting it.
